We are at the early stages of our build and Fox Homes has been great. Neil at Fox Homes has been excellent, attentive and very clear in guiding us through building our new home. He regularly contacts us making sure we understand and are comfortable with the process. Bethany at Fox has also been excellent (and v patient) in helping us make decisions for the interior design elements. We are excited and very much looking to the completed home.

Modular homes have certainly improved over time. Fox are definitely on the forefront of this. Not only is modular homes an alternative to building homes on site on rural areas; it is becoming a preferred option for many home builders in residential areas. Definitely a great option for referring loan clients that a building!

We’ve signed up and have worked through design and pre-start. Our installation site is extremely difficult to access and Neil has worked hard with the transport company to work out how to get the unit in - thinking outside the box and with a can-do attitude. We customized the design substantially and Neil worked with the design team to exactly meet our requirements. Helen has been extremely detailed in our pre-start meeting, making sure our choices are all well documented so that our expectations are well understood. So far the experience has been absolutely outstanding and we would thoroughly recommend Fox Modular at this stage in the process.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Fox Modular while considering their services for a construction project.Two weeks after the consultation, the design consultant informed me that they would not be able to assist me without a 30% deposit and proceeded to close the deal and wish us all the best. However, this decision was made without any knowledge of my financial situation. I found this approach to be quite presumptuous, as the consultant did not take the time to understand my specific needs and circumstances.Moreover, during the viewing stage, my wife and I felt that the consultant was not fully engaged, and we felt like an obligation. This lack of attentiveness made us question the level of professionalism and customer service provided by Fox Modular.To make matters worse, it took two weeks and two follow-up emails for me to receive any form of correspondence from the company after the initial consultation. This lack of timely communication further exacerbated our dissatisfaction with the experience.Overall, we were so excited to build a Fox Modular home & my initial dealings with Fox were great until the day of the viewing, then all downhill from there. I believe it is important for companies to prioritize customer satisfaction and provide accurate and attentive service, which, unfortunately, was lacking in my dealings with Fox Modular.

Just finalised Hemsworth build for our Mandurah block. Cannot speak highly enough of Tamerin, Nick & Fox team. So patient and professional, very flexible and committed to an awesome outcome. Can't wait, stay tuned for regular updates on this amazing HIA award winning build.
