Form Homes have been excellent throughout the process of building my compact home. Their flexibility, attention to detail and dedication to quality have delivered a fantastic result in a small home that I love being in. They are lovely people to deal with and the impression that they are a builder that cares is carried through into the end product. Great job Form Homes, thank you.

If I could give them a negative rating I would. To say that I am deeply disappointed in my dealings with this company and its' staff is an understatement. Fyi: don't believe them when they say Commbank has been financing a number of homes with no issues (specifically regarding progress payments). Commbank will not pay a cent until the house is on the block and attached to services (the initial contract left us wide open to being liable for payments until the bank came through... which would have entailed $250,000 in bridging finance). Furthermore, the bank was happy to finance 93% of a home constructed off-site through TR Homes so it came as a shock that they would finance a maximum loan of 80% for a Grandesigns Home. A 20% deposit on the mortgage left us financially vulnerable and the bank declined the final application. Who lost? We did. Our deposit to Grandesigns is down the toilet because we refer you to the clause in the contract". I should have done what the Builders Registration Board advised me to do when I double-checked something: "Get yourself legal advice from a lawyer who specialises in building contracts". Buyer

We recently had a Fox Granny Flat built.I have to say that I am impressed by the quality of the build. Mark Gethin as the owner of Hallmark was exemplary to deal with. We engaged Hallmark for a rebuild of our home - he was great to communicate with, had a high standard of work across all engaged trades and was absolutely ethical, honest and up front in all aspects of our build. Can't recommend Mark and his team highly enough and thanks to our friends for recommending Hallmark Constructions for helping to create our dream home.

The ability to walk around the outdoor display and Dave's professionalism & friendliness is what sold me. It was good to finally have a businessman who explained options and prices up front and in a down to earth, respectful way. This is why I chose Peel region business over a SW business. All communication was timely and goods/services were delivered by honest workers, on time and as stated. Oh and I totally LOVE the hut!!
